What do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to own my own bookstore, it would have coffees and homemade goodies, storytelling for all ages, a place for the community to come in and relax and escape into a good book.

What is the piece of advice you’ve been given that you can’t live without?

My parents as a young child led me to accept Jesus Christ as my Personal Savior. Jesus was a member of our family. I pray that more and more people will come to know Him, it does not cost a dime and you do not have to do a thing, just let Him in your heart.

What’s your favorite thing to do?

Be with my husband and my family. Preferably reading in an interesting place.

What’s the “nerdiest” thing you do?

Not sure what a nerd is, but I love talking to young people about books and I love going to second hand book stores.

What’s your favorite thing to cook?

I so enjoy cooking cookies, in the past with my mother and now with my daughter. In fact, my favorite thing to cook is anything with my daughter, helping her.

Oh, no contest, DOGS!!

What do you think the biggest challenge(s) to a law firm(s) is (are) today?

Finding the right person to answer the phone and do intake. Having everyone from the attorney to the paralegals to the secretaries be qualified and up-to-date on software and their areas of expertise. Finding people who know how to work hard.

What do you want most in your workplace?

Professionalism, hard work, kindness.
