What do you want to be when you grow up?

I wanted to be either a chef or a reclusive novelist

What is the piece of advice you’ve been given that you can’t live without?

It’s okay to not know the answer. What matters is knowing how to find the answer, continued learning is key in any position.

What’s your favorite thing to do?

Honestly just being out in nature whether it’s a beach trip, hike or just walking around town or a park.

What’s the “nerdiest” thing you do?

I read A LOT

What’s your favorite thing to cook?

Pasta with any variety of sauces and other additions. I LOVE to experiment!

I have one of each!

What do you think the biggest challenge(s) to a law firm(s) is (are) today?

Competing with all of the other firms in their area.

What do you want most in your workplace?

I strive to nurture a feeling of community in the workplace. Not only do team members feel safe and supported but also personally invested in the success of the whole team.
