Building and maintaining a system focused on high performance results. When things get hard in the office, when new technology is needed, when a staff member quits, when everything else that could go wrong does on a Monday… lawyers tend to panic and throw out their system. I get it, I’m a lawyer too, but when you have a system that works, we enhance it, make minor adjustments overtime, and get the results you want.
I look for two things: folks who want to be on a team and aren’t afraid to say ‘I don’t know.’ We work hard, really hard at times, support each other and have a good time.
So tough… On the personal side, of course Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy but then it’s a tie between The Eight and The Hero and The Crown (oh!
