Audrey Gay Ehrhardt founded Practice42 after recognizing that talented attorneys needed more than advice. They needed experienced support that could connect leadership, operations, technology, marketing, people, and implementation across the entire law firm.
Today, she leads a nationwide team dedicated to helping law firm owners make clearer decisions, build stronger businesses, and create firms that better support their clients, their teams, and their lives.

As an attorney and Certified Business Coach, Audrey brings legal knowledge and business strategy together. Her perspective is grounded in the understanding that strong legal work must be supported by thoughtful leadership, capable people, useful systems, and consistent implementation.
Her work has included legal technology, conference leadership, professional learning, software and operational initiatives, and direct collaboration with law firm leaders across the country.
She also supports the elder law profession through leadership, education, and collaboration with National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys chapters across the country.
