What do you want to be when you grow up?

I have always had a passion for acting, believe it or not! Theater was my passion in high school, I love to sing, and I spend most of my free time playing video games; that all to say, voice acting is an underappreciated profession that I have always wanted to take part in!

What is the piece of advice you’ve been given that you can’t live without?

Worry less, love more. Life is far too short and complicated to get stressed over all the little things. Spend time with the people you care about and who care about you and everything will make sense!

What’s your favorite thing to do?

Spending time with the woman I love.

What’s the “nerdiest” thing you do?

Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition, hands down!

What’s your favorite thing to cook?

I make a killer Beef Stroganoff. Everyone that has tried it has told me it is to die for.

Let’s be honest… dogs or cats?

Cats. People often call cats assholes, but really it's just that people don’t like that cats are their own creatures through and through. Once you’re able to see that each cat has a personality that needs to be understood and respected, they become far more relatable! Unless your cat’s personality is being an asshole, then I don’t exactly know what to tell you!

What do you think the biggest challenge(s) to a law firm(s) is (are) today?

Adapting to a rapidly changing environment. With the outbreak of COVID-19, we have seen a significant shift in how day-to-day interactions are handled on almost every level. Having worked in a service industry job renting storage units and now working for Practice42, I was able to experience two very different work environments flex and change to match a world that was becoming far more digital than ever before. It is a testament to necessity inspiring innovation, and law firms should be following suit if they wish to remain relevant.

What do you want most in your workplace?

Like any relationship, the two key facets to success are communication and transparency. Without those, you’ll have better luck building a castle on sand.

Any insight you would give someone thinking about joining our team?

Don’t be afraid of making mistakes, just be ready to learn from them!

What is the best book you read?

I have not read anything officially in a while, but the last major book series that really caught my eye was The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel.
Any advice for someone thinking about Booking a Strategy Session with Practice42?

Simply, do it! Even if you decide against staying with Practice42, I guarantee you that you will learn at least one thing from booking a Strategy Session with Audrey Ehrhardt!

If you could talk to anyone from history, who would it be and why?

Alexander the Great. I am fascinated by how successful he was at building such a vast empire at a time when news spread as fast as the horse rode. That is impressive.
