1: Why do we need a document checklist?

Having the information you need on hand, when you need it, is a critical part of success for any legal service. We always encourage getting more information than you may think you need in any practice area. Especially here, where cases can be reliant on a third party and have outcomes dependent on the information you provide.

We encourage you to develop a system of communication for your needs to your clients as early as during the Active Intake process.
