Before the First Appointment is a training session devoted to the steps that should occur in your practice between the first appointment being set and the potential client actually coming in to meet with you.
Think about it for a minute, when a potential client contacts you for a first meeting, how much time and effort do you put in establishing yourself as the expert in your area? Are you working on your pre-close before he or she ever sets foot in your office or are you more concerned with making sure the potential client simply knows where your office is? Are you sharing articles you’ve written, happy client testimonials and key insights? All in an easy-to-read multi-media format?
