3: How to Add Facebook Messenger as Resource to Your Law Practice
As with any Law Practice Technology option, you want to make sure you take the time to learn the software you are using. We find that practicing in 3 to 5 “simulated” sessions can help you get the most out of your training and familiarity that you and your team need to be comfortable in using this software on a daily basis.

5: Is There a Contract Minimum?

No. This option exists as long as you have your Facebook account.

6: Is There a Limit on the Number of Users?

According to Facebook, “you may message up to 150 users at a time. If you’d like to distribute a message to a specific group that you’re a part of, you can post in the group.” You may learn more here.

7: What Are Some of the Features I Can Use?

You may “reach more people with ads  in Messenger inbox, start conversations with ads that click to Messenger, and retarget your customers with sponsored messages.” Learn how to set up ads in Messenger inbox here.  Remember, Messenger may also be used as a business generation marketing tool in addition to teleconferencing and video conferencing options.
